Postal is currently broken on TWW.  There are several issues to address due to changes made in TWW.  Postal also relies on several addon libraries which are also currently broken on TWW.  I don't have a current eta on when I will have Postal working for TWW, but it is being worked on.

Fixed in v4.1.6.
