When the express feature ctrl-clicking was used to bulk mail similar items no check was made if one of the matching items was soulbound before attempting to place it in mail.  This resulted in a user error.  This change fixes issue #241.

In patch 8.3.0 the mailbox size was increased from 50 to 100.  Postal now updated for this change.
