What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Earn exalted with the Order of the Cloud Serpent with a character, earn the Cloud Serpent Riding skill and get one of their mounts.
2. With another character on the same realm (without exalted with that reputation) use /pd SummonMount or /click PokedexToggleMountButton.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It's expected that the addon excludes these mounts in the random call.
Actually it can try to summon them showing the error "Requires Cloud Serpent Riding Skill".

What version of the product are you using?
Pokedex 5.1.01

Please provide any additional information below.
It happens because these mounts are shared among all characters on the same realm but they still requires Cloud Serpent Riding to be able to mount them.
