    - Release prep.
    Added export feature, report versus reportall, fixed debug speaking.

- Cannot amend rolls at all.  Some functionality in there to start but not complete.
- Cannot natively copy report/export out of wow client.  Must use addon like Chatter to get C/P ability.
- Open rolls not implemented.  Some functionality in there but not complete.
- No GUI to edit/view instance history.  Maybe someday.
- No decent session management.  Everything uses instance key, which is a little erratic at times.
