updates for WoW 5.0.4. updated interface version in TOC. added LibAuraInfo-1.0 to the optional dependencies in the TOC. updated totem and "detect invisibility" spellids. updated frame assembly process. backed out CooldownFrameTemplate (don't think this can work on unsecure frames like nameplates). added some diagnostics.
