- LibAuraInfo will be registered/unregistered when 'Watch Combatlog' is changed. This will cause it to register unit events. If Watch Combatlog is disabled, LibAI won't watch unit events.

LibNameplate_CombatChange & LibNameplate_ThreatChange callbacks won't be registered unless Combat With NPC/Player is enabled. If the options are disabled, LibNameplate won't waste CPU cycles checking for combat/threat changes.

Fixed question marks showing on NPCs not in combat. When a nameplate has threat we assume it's in combat. Sometimes a nameplate's threat is the previous owner of the nameplate. That is what was causing the question mark to appear. I'm now using LibNameplate's ThreatChanged callback to hide question marks if a NPC has no threat/combat.
