Added "request" command to force the request of the DKP Broadcast.
Added some more safechecks and some confirmations.
We're now saving the debug and chatloot setting in the database.
Modified LDB tooltip a bit to show mode and sync server.
Rewrote addon messages to be more consistent.

- Added new /commands: DEBUG (turns debug on/off), chatloot (will broadcast items looted to gchat, by default is ON).
- Fixed the wipe command.
- If there's no valid input for the role command, it will display curent running mode.
- Added a few more checks to not spam the users for nothing (silly users reporting every debug thing left behind...)
- Cleaned up a little bit more code.
