As a priest, the only consistent move speed increase you can get is the Glyph of Levitate, which gives a 15 percent move speed bonus while levitating and for a little while afterwards.

When this is active, it would be good to have at least the option to use it both in and out of combat, since the GCD is worth it in some cases for movement. I don't think it has higher priority than the talents that grant movement, though, in combat. OOC, while moving on the ground, it would be a definite win.

Especially awesome would be to cancel it with the P&M keybind, since that (a) grants a movement speed boost for a little while, and (b) allows jumping, which levitate doesn't.
