Got rid of unused code. Fixed the last bugs for 7.0.

Adirelle:
    - Reordered the anchor in buff dropdown.
    - Do no try to hide unknown buffs since the detection is not reliable.
    - Enhanced configuration panel for raid buffs.
    - raid: dispatch all known buf in raid frames.
    - More foolproofing in the configuration panel.
    - More defensive guards in the Dispel functions.
    - Always display the buffs in the "Buff icons" panel, even if we don't know them.
    Also test their providers, not the buff itself.
    - Finished the conversion of doc to Markdown.
    - Updated the README regarding options.
    - Converted documentation to markdown.
    - Relicensed wth GPLv3.
    - Copyright notice upgraded.
    - Removed last references to DRData and LibDispellable.
    - Avoid spitting an error on a small configuration quirk.
    - Getting rid of LibDispellable.
    Since the is no dispellable enrage anymore, it is not needed.
    - Removed eclipse-related stuff.
    - Display CC debuffs according to LibPlayerSpells-1.0.
