Reworked heal prediction and debuff display.

Adirelle:
- Removed the unused IncomingHeal element.
- Reworked the heal prediction on raid units.
- Reworked heal prediction display on single units.
Now show 4 overlays: my heals (green), others' heals (green), shield (light yellow), heal absorption (red).
- Updated the embedded oUF.
- Also watch for the SPELL_AURA_APPLIED_DOSE spells BigWigs is watching.
- Use BigWigs debuff list whenever possible for encounters.
Requires BigWigs 11425 or higher.
Thanks to Funkeh for adding the BigWigs_OnBossLog message.
- Fixed a minor bug in message callbacks.
- Added important buffs of monks.
- Updated categories from DRData and added a few control debuffs.
- Removed the hard-coded list of crowd control debuffs.
- Removed old, hard-coded encounter debuff list.
- Added a melee range checker for rogues since Throw has a minimum range.
- Updated embedded oUF.
