Adirelle:
    - RoleOrIcon have to listen to PLAYER_SPECIALIZATION_CHANGED too.
    - Fixed handlers that was still listening to PARTY_MEMBERS_CHANGED and RAID_ROSTER_UPDATE.
    - Monks can have up to 5 Chi points ; fix #1 (github).
    - Added configuration entries for more power colors.
    - Fixed Holy Power highlight colors.
    - Fixed a bug where the discrete power bar looked full after being resized.

    - Added a proper color for demonic fury.
    - Properly update hybrid power bars.
    - Added proper color and highlight of burning embers.
    - Use accurate power values in Powers.lua
    Required to get fraction of burning embers.
    - There is no such frame as "vehicle" frame, use "pet" instead.
    - Do not check Powers visibility on power value change.
    - Properly update special power bars on specialization change.
