- Slight cleanup.
- Add large amount of new and updated data.
- Process vignette names before quests, so things like Tide Behemoth only alert for the final NPC - the quest list has them all.
- Escape quotes in string dumps.
- Limit vignette detection to NPC IDs in the current zone, at least one vignette name matches to NPCs in multiple zones (Marius & Tehd).
- Add Dread Captain Thedon.
- Translate nil vignetteName to UNKNOWN.
- button => targetButton for consistency.
- Dead code removal.
