- Consolidate CVar overrides for the "Ignore Mute" preference directly into the PlayAlertSounds function, and only override the CVar associated to the preferred sound channel.
- Fix method name typo - addresses ticket #149
- Fix logic preventing default sounds from being overridden.
- Don't allow NPCs that are already in NPCScan to be added to the user defined list.
- More data updates.
- Use /cleartarget before /targetexact and also if there isn't a list of targets - request.
- Reformat NPCData table to be easier to read.
- Typo fixes.
