James D. Callahan III:
    - Store and update CurrentMapID, instead of relying on error-prone name-to-ID lookups. Fixes minimap overlays in certain Outland zones.
    - Since we're doing math on the return values, make sure private.GetMapSize() returns 0 rather than nil.
    - Minor reorganization.
