What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

I play multiboxing, which require me to have alot of macros to control all my characters at once.
Now, i also like to once in a while solo-play with my characters, but due to me having /focus and /assist macros
to control my chars, it makes it pretty impossible.

Now Bartender4 currently changes SPELLS when you change spec, or maybe thats the client itself, problem is
it does not change the key-bindings.

For me to be able to solo play i am therefore looking for an addon that can change "character specific key bindings" based on
    the dual spec in use.

Then I came across your addon, which actually SUPPORTS BARTENDER4!
Awesome i thought...but then i see..your addon is missing something pretty important. PROFILES!

So my suggestion for enchancement is that if you set a key-binding in say primary spec, you can then create a profile
for that spec. Any number possible, and from a pulldown menu, you could select the profile to save with the spec you are currently in.

    Lets do an example.

I have two specs, moonkin and feral druid. I am used to use different bindings for these two, so i create my moonkin in the primary dual spec
and my feral in the secondary dual spec.

When i stand in the primary spec, it has a "default keybindings" profile selected in the pulldown menu. If I click a button saying "new profile" it will create a new temporary profile, with no key bindings. I can then also select if that new profile should be used as "default" profile for the Primary Spec, which I am currently in simply since i am currently IN the primary spec.

Now to change i respec with dual spec to my Secondary spec. Also here it is a pulldown which by default say "default keybindings".
Leaving it at "default keybindings" would then use the same keybindings which would have been configured in the Primary Spec "default keybindings".
Ofc, we would be able to create our own keybinding profile also here (which would be accessible from the primary spec aswell).

This way, we could create 1 profile called for instance CharNAME-PrimSpec and CharNAME-SecSpec.

And to make these autochange, we simply save the settings of the keybindings on the Primary Spec with "CharNAME-PrimSpec"
and on the secondary spec, we have selected "CharNAME-SecSpec" from the pulldown menu.

Since each of these pulldown menu choices are selected for the spec you are in, it would be saved with that spec.

Now, to change the key-bindings on ANY of the bars, all a person would need to do was:

Once, create either 1-default profile key bindings, or 1 profile for Primary and one different one for SEcondary spec, and save each
    respective to it's spec.

For me as mulitboxing, it means I could have 1 spec for solo-gaming, with normal key bindings, and when i need to go multiboxing,
I simply change the spec to the other, and voila, I would have my macro bars back (changed by default) with the key bindings i use for
    each macro(changed by MyBindings2).

I understand that profiles is a living hell to create, but there should already be some profile templates out there that can be used as
    idea-basis.

I hope this is something you might consider adding, sine it would make every single dual-spec user, and multibox user player in the world
    love you.
