yssaril:
    - added tooltip to the macro text box so that you can read the tags again :)
    added macro frame to the special framse list so it will close on esc
    - splitting out shaman and druid options so that we can clear them if we are not one of them :)
    redone the options to make creating new macros easier
    still need to fix tooltips
