-bidresults tip now shows bidding progress not just results
-options to adjust #lines and grow position of results tip as well as combat lockdown so it won't appear in combat if desired
-results tip can be autoclosed by morgdkp2 when the auction ends
-no result tips appear in bidwar silent mode
-revamp of bidtip with TAKE-OFFSPEC rolls added
-TAKE added to bidwar
-random rolls now done client side instead of by morgdkp2
