Mobile Vault

Table of Contents

MobileVault allows you to take a snapshot of your guild bank and view it from anywhere. The addon also provides item counts on the tooltips, from any vault you have scanned.

Feedback is appreciated, please use the ticket system to report bugs or request new features!

If you are upgrading from a 2.0 version to a 3.0 version your saved vaults will be wiped due to a database overhaul. Rescan your guild banks to get data again.
If you get an error after updating when you mouseover an item, delete your saved variables and rescan your guild banks. If you still get an error file a ticket.

Slash Commands

To access the configuration screen type /mgv or /mobilevault

To show the snapshot window type /mgv show or use the LDB launcher.

Features

Passive Scanning of the Guild Bank as you browse
The snapshot frame very closely resembles the real guild bank, navigation is easy
Adds item counts to the item's tooltip so you always know how many you have
Tooltip counts can be pulled from multiple guild databases, so you can see your bank toon's guild bank counts from your main
View any saved vault snapshot from any character with the new Guilds button
LDB feed for easy access to the vault

Localization

If you would like to help translate Mobile Vault into your language please use the Localization Tool. Also, if you update the translations, please file a ticket about it so I can make an updated release.

Addon does exactly what I needed, nice job... Just one suggestion, could you allow the editing of the guild names. I'd like to abbreviate the guild name so it doesn't make my tooltips so wide (since my guild names are pretty long)

How come I can't view cross-faction guild vaults? It shows up in the list but it's empty.

After researching a bit more, it seems that guildless characters cannot view the contents of guild vaults.

The old release version should still work fine on WoW version 3.3

If you must update so you don't have to check "Load Out of Date Addons" then you'll have to use a Beta version for now.

Just installed version 1.2.0. Thank you for the very speedy update. I have one little problem. I do not have a minimap button. I have disabled all addons but that did not help. Any suggestions, please?

As part of the update I had to remove the FuBar plugin and replace it with a LDB feed. So unless you have a LDB display or the Broker2Fubar addon you will no longer see a minimap button.

I do apologize for the suddenness of the change and giving no warning, but I had continual issues with getting FuBar to work in all cases after this patch and switching to LDB was the easiest solution.

Thank you for the info. Turned out to be a very easy fix. I just quickly installed the addon, "Broker2FuBar-1.1" and all is perfect. No mess, no fuss.

Yep, I'm still working on MobileVault. Some of my other projects are getting a bit more attention at the moment since I'm fairly happy with MGV. However I do plan to rewrite most of it fairly soon.

First of all, THANK YOU for this. With the author of bagnon repeatedly saying "nope, never going to happen" when it comes to the guild vault, I've been looking for a replacement for a while now.

Is this addon still being worked on? If so, I have a few feature suggestions and bug reports.

I added a curseforge ticket listing a handful of suggestions. I can't remember what it is that wasn't working properly (everything is working great right now) so it's just suggestions I guess! :)

That error should only happen if something happens to the saved variables, I've never encountered that error in my many months of play. Have you tried deleting the saved variables and starting fresh?

Yes, I deleted the mod several times and deleted the files in the saved-variables and install it new.

It happens as one of my charakters leaved a guild. After that the mobilevault-tooltip only appear at my Chars which are still in a guild. That one which left the guild has no guild-tooltip of the guilds of the other chars anymore. Only look into the screenshot about minimap-button was possible than. After joining a new guild the tooltip works fine as before but this error happens.

I'm using the german client and I'm sorry for my bad English. Hope you understand, what I mean.

Hello Starinnia

I've got a little problem since the last WoW-Patch with the mobile vault item counts in the tooltip. It only works for my char which is in a guild and only shows the items of this guild in the tooltip. My other char which is not in any guild has no item counts in the tooltip even I marked it in the menu to show up.
Do you understand what I mean?
I'm using the german client. Hope you can help me. Only can look over the minimap-button what items the guild has but they're not showing up in the tooltip. It was so easy to look at the tooltip and to know where the things are I just looking for.
