Hendrik Leppkes:
    - nil out the new scale when proxying the blob frame.
    - Proxy :SetScale on the dig site blob frame as well, so it doesn't go boom in combat.
    - Fix digsite blobs when the quest panels are shown or the map is minimized.
    - Added missing fog clear data for parts of Vashjir and Twilight Highlands.
    - Only let Blizzard move the quest description if we're actually showing the quest panel on the map.
