What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

During bidding, allow the option to notify players that they have been outbid along with the current high bid and to update their bid (if changing bids is turned on).

Notifications would return in the same for bids are received by: If you whisper your bid in, you get a whisper back saying you've been outbid. If you put your bid in by the MagicDKP_Client addon, you get the bid window again with the notice saying you've been outbid.

Example:
Player 1 whisper bids 10 dkp
Player 1 Gets notified he is current high bidder
Player 2 client bids 20 dkp
Player 2 Gets notified he is current high bidder
Player 1 Gets notified he has been outbid, 20 dkp is high bid
Player 1 whisper bids 30 dkp
Bid Timer extended by N (10 seconds?) amount (optional)
Player 1 Gets notified he is current high bidder
Player 2 Gets notified he has been outbid, 30 dkp is high bid
Player 2 Presses the Pass button
Bid Timer expires: Player 1 wins
Raid gets notified that Player 1 won item for 30 dkp
