Shadowed:
    - Kicking packager to make it work
    - Changed to use internal LibHealComm-4.0 functions for managing heals starting and ending to avoid issues with heals becoming stuck
    - Moved to using LibHealComm-4.0 parseDirectHeal and parseHealEnd functions to reduce chance of errors
