Added Orgrimmar and Stormwind City Cataclysm portals.
Fix: Applied BZ lookup to searchZones[] to make this mechanism (used for StrangleThorn Vale and Vashj'ir) work for other locales as well.
Temporarily disabled inctance entrancePortals for which the coordinates are to be defined.
Cleaned up a bit by removing some obsolete data.
