It seems the Cyrillic version of frizqt doesn't support special European characters (é, ï, ö). Reverting previous change which unfortunately will bring back the "???" issue in mixed European/Russian groups.

Swap to using FRIZQT___CYR.TTF by default on western clients. The font is available for use, and since we already use the Cyrillic versions of other fonts by default, we should do so with Friz too. This will fix countless addons displaying "????" when in a mixed European/Russian group.
