What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Boss Notes as a nolib package

What version of the product are you using?
r13 (nolib)

LibStub / AceAddon can't find the Lib and errors are thrown.
Right now the .toc is set to look for:

Libs\LibStub\LibStub.lua
LibSchema-1.0.xml
(in the toc)

1) When the Lib is installed as an external, those filepaths aren't valid... as there is no Libs/Libstub folder at all.
2) LibSchema-1.0.xml isn't in the main LibSchema-1.0 folder. Instead it's found in yet another LibSchema-1.0 folder. (So from the directory it's found in ./Interface/LibSchema-1.0/LibSchema-1.0).

Just moving the LibSchema-1.0 files out of the subfolder into the main folder, adding LibStub (and changing the toc appropriately) fixes it with minimal editing.
