Moved the actual lib into its own subfolder so addons can just embed it without getting a bunch of extra crap that isn't part of the lib. The top-level lib.xml remains in place, so if you like having extra copies of LibStub and CallbackHandler-1.0 embedded in your addon, you don't need to take any action.
