Fix Ticket-8: As OnInitialize is called after PLAYER_LOGIN, it's presence is not a good indicator for first load, in case the user loads LIB multiple times. So use a specific marker instead.

Better GetEnchantName() implementation, that uses whatever item the character has to extract enchant text.
