*Fixed bad spell id for 10 man searing light on XT
*Redid all the "standing in xxx" fails to have resetting timestamps to hopefully fix bad logic failing people instantly using earlier fight timestamps.
*with above logic fix, changed coldflame back to timestamp threshold instead of death threshold. If bug is fixed spam shouldn't be bad. But if it is I'll adjust timestamps or change it back to a death only fail.
