Very experimental Rune of Blood fail for saurfang. Also added new failtype (not switching). Drycoded so this can and probably will bug. Work in progress that needs further testing.

Fix one bad spellid for heroic explosion, should now be correct 2 knockback ids. Also added 2 non heroic explosion IDs as optional fail for taking needless damage.
