LibDogTag-Unit-3.0:
- Shadowform is gone in Legion
- Tapping mechanics changed in Legion. Retired the two old tapping tags, replaced with IsNotTappableByMe. There is no API anymore to determine IsTappedByMe, despite this still having relevance.
