    Change the meaning of the bonus return from IterateItemsForToken

    ...it's a breaking change, but it's been about 20 hours, so I'm saying
    it's fine.

    Add support for bonusID variants

    This alters IterateItemsForToken:
    * it will return known bonus versions of items
    * it can accept a link, and will filter returned bonuses to match the
      version of the token provided

    Adds GetTokenBonusVariants and GetBareLinkForItem to support this
