Added displayCols Arg.  ST will react normally unless displayCols is defined.

If you define displayCols the table will act similarly to excel.  Creating a horizontal scroll bar and scrolling the data left and right as well as up and down.

displayCols must be less than the #cols.
If you wish to have a column set to not scroll set col[i].header = true.
