Introduced new item bonus scoring system for blues, epics etc. This now uses the formulas from wowwiki.com as was requested in the addon comments section.

This change to how the scores are calculated has forced a change to the database number so that all prior scores will now be wiped so that you are comparing only scores from the same calculation method.

Also fixed a small bug introduced in v6.11 that gave nil error if you scanned someone you hadn't seen before.
