What steps will reproduce the problem?

2. Having a Garrosh Heirloom

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected - Correct equipped ilvl while having a garrosh heirloom equipped
Instead - Addon does not calculate the weapons correct/current ilvl.  It only calculates based off of the ilvl it is when it drops.

I think it may also only calculate on items that have been randomly upgraded, but that will only effect the equip ilvl by tenths or less.

As noted, the Garrosh Heirlooms, as you level your character their ilvl goes up (to a max of 620).  However the addon does not see this and only calculates out the weapon based on what the ilvl was when it dropped.
