Adirelle:
    - Locales updated.
    - Got rid of the old "dprint" function.
    - Refactored the whole text overlay code.
    - Refactored big chunks of internals with a more object-oriented approach.
    This should fix some issues with LibActionButton support.
    S**tstorm expected.
    - Update overglow on ActionButton_UpdateOverlayGlow instead of ActionButton_HideOverlayGlow.
    - Added my own overlay glow system to avoid tainting Blizzard's one.
    - Updated the README file to lead to ticket #286 about "addon blocked" messages.
    - Added Monks' Power Guard.
