GetActiveTalentGroup and Location change errors #24

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Load a toon that has not talent spec to produce the GetActiveTalentGroup error.
    2. Start in the Draenei starting area and move between different locations in the starter area.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    BugGrabber reports the first error when logging in a toon at level 5 and the second when moving from location to location.

    What version of the product are you using?

    Do you have an error log of what happened?

    Other than IHML, BugGrabber, and BugSack, I am only using the following Addons: ElvUI, ElvUI_AddOnSkins, ElvUI_CurrencyLDB, ElvUI_Enhanced, ElvUI_ExtraDataTexts, ElvUI_ItemCount, ElvUI_LocPlus, ElvUI_Professions, ElvUI_SLE, Multishot, and Questomatic.
