    Start changing locale names around to make them a bit more effecient.
    Remove halaa from recommended macros as I added it in a while ago.
    Update toc, update default macros.

    Add the argent tourney to the documented macros.
    Instead of using number (1 to 7) for combined zones that have macros, use a meaningful name.  Also move the argent tourney ones into that name.
    Add functionality to automatically change between default spec macros depending on what talent spec you're in.
    Fix typos apparently I can't spell Pavillion (see what I did there?)
    Added argent tournament grounds macro which allows you to equip the lance or open the gold pouch.  Yes I'm lazy.
