John Pasula:
    Fix the table luadoc.
    Add a description to the start if IHML.lua for luadoc to use.

    Update the main page, rename the spec macros to be default1/default2, add a default macro which is empty by default, and remove debug code.  Someone test out if spec default swapping works pls.
