Target of Target Info #260

    In the classic build, I've noticed that there are target of target health and mana bars as well has a small health (the green one) but no Target of Target info which would include the name, class, guild, and buffs / debuffs.

    I don't plan on working on Classic. You're welcome to submit a pull request on github.
