Support for CUSTOM_CLASS_COLORS #26

    Please add support for CUSTOM_CLASS_COLORS, a standard which allows users to safely change class colors on a global basis without tainting the Blizzard UI. Supporting this system is as easy as checking for the existence of a global table CUSTOM_CLASS_COLORS and reading from it instead of RAID_CLASS_COLORS if it exists.

    I went ahead and committed support for CUSTOM_CLASS_COLORS in r453 since the repository is open. The Ace3 branch is set to private though, so I couldn't add support there.

    Thanks! My WoW account has been inactive for some time. I appreciate it. The ace3 branch is maintained by another dev. I doubt it's been touched in some time.
