Add Weapon Swing Timers #258

    How difficult would it be to add weapon swing timers?

    - Two handers

    - One handers: main and off hand

    - Range weapons

    Are you talking about Classic? I don't plan on working on Classic. You're welcome to submit a pull request on github.
