first of all: awesome addon, thank you alot for this! I found recently two problems playing WoW Classic.

1st: If I start to swim a breath bar appears but this bar is not adjustable or configurable or  maybe I am to stupid to find the correct bar. I disabled all bars which I had active during swimming and the bar didn't disappear.

2nd: seems that most addons which support enemy cast bar have this problem, atm lots of user with Quertz have a similar problem:

If the target starts to cast and you have configured enemy cast bar, nothing happens and no cast bar appears. Only if you have your self in target and perform something like first aid you can see a target cast bar.

2. Yes, blizzard removed the APIs for addons to check casting info from other units. I will have to find a workaround whenever I get some time. I'm really not interested in Classic at all myself and have very little free time these days.

2. but there is the addon "ClassicCastBar" https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/classiccastbars which seems to be the only one which can currently display enemy cast bars. How can that work there is no API left?

That mod works by reading the combat log and guessing at cast times. It doesn't actually know how long a cast is (reduced times for different spell ranks, talents, etc.) nor can it know when the cast has been delayed due to pushback. Target cast bars did not exist in wow 1.0. I'm not going to add the super inaccurate, guessing version of target casting to IceHUD. Feel free to use that mod to get them. :)
