Fixed 12.1 problems with buff and debuff inspecting in various modules.
Fixed 12.1 taint/secret errors with various newly-secret API values.
Fixed class coloring, party role icons, and target-of-target self detection erroring on units whose identity is secret.
The threat bar now hides itself instead of erroring when threat values are secret, which happens against bosses in 12.1.
Allowed various "class power" modules to use negative "rune gap" values to cram points together when the textures have built-in margins.
