    What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

    Simply in the Lady Deathwhisper heroic 25 mode to have the ghosts marked with a circle to make seeing thier position easier

    The user interface does not know the position of the ghosts.  The players get marked AFTER they were hit by the ghost.  Unfortunately this is a situation where you'll have to tell your raiders to look out for ghosts.
