Plain dot option for Player Icon #39

    Most of the current Player Icon options are too 3D-looking and don't fit in very well with the mostly-flat textures for other things. The only one I like is the crosshairs, but it's kind of hard to see since the crosshair dots are so small. A nice flat "plain dot" option would be great!
