Shefki:
    - So UNIT_QUEST_LOG_CHANGED doesn't actually fire for objective progress
    for the player, despite what the documentation says.  So we have to
    use QUEST_LOG_UPDATE which is spammier.
    - Fix the problem with quests in the quest log changing (getting
    completed, dropped, turned-in, etc...) not trigger updates.
    
    Yay for blizzard inconsistency in event names: QUEST_LOG_UPDATE vs
    UNIT_QUEST_LOG_CHANGED.
    - Some slight text tweaks.
