    - clean up previous fix a bit
    - avoid falling over on meta mappings for classes without them
    - handle Symbiosis meta bullshit
    - use constant SchoolStringTable to look up Loss of Control school interrupts
    - Loss of Control type for interrupts is "SCHOOL_INTERRUPT", not "SPELL_INTERRUPT" apparently
    - let's use 5.1 style loss of control interrupt tracking, shall we?
