clean up some functions
start using :Lock() for anchors
StartBars actually works
emphasize/animate doesn't work yet, since LibBars' RegisterTimeLeft callback doesn't like to pass the bar object. Yipe.
this is now useable, unless you're attached at the hip to emphasis bars.
