- spell power coefficient is no longer based on cast time, but on the spell's base heal amount
- added Shaman +25% healing specialization
- added Shaman Spark of Life +2%/4%/6%
- updated formulas to use Cataclysm order (multiply by bonus, then add Spell Power contribution)
