    - Hopefully fixed marker pins missing from the worldmap due to phasing in Theramore, Blasted Lands and Krasarang Wilds.
    - Listen for the QUEST_TURNED_IN event instead of QUEST_FINISHED to avoid unnecessary API throttling.
    - Use GetCurrentMapAreaID() when creating TomTom waypoints to prevent them pointing to an incorrect zone.
