What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go into garrison, turn on handy notes
2. look at minimap
3. turn off handy notes to disable minimap spawn icons

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
no red skulls in zones that rares don't spawn

my biggest complaint, if i'm in garrison or a trade city, i have to turn handynotes off to get rid of the red skull icons for the rares in the respective main zones of the area.

ie shadowmoon valley for being in garrison, or Dun Morogh  if i'm in Iron Froge.

they seem to overwhelm the minimap, rather than disappear when not in a zone rares might spawn. is there away this can be fixed?
